Role Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Outreach Specialist with a proven track record in B2B prospecting, outreach, and strategic relationship-building. You’ll be the driving force behind our external communications with potential business partners, work on identifying opportunities, crafting outreach strategies, and owning the early stages of high-value partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tailored outreach campaigns targeting senior decision-makers
Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities aligned with company goals
Craft high-impact messaging strategies across email, LinkedIn, and direct channels
Represent the company in early partnership conversations with professionalism and credibility
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to inform outreach goals
Analyze and optimize outreach performance using CRM and analytics tools

Requirements:

2-5+ years in outbound outreach, partnerships, or business development (B2B focus)
Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
