Role Overview:

Are you a strategic communicator who thrives on turning opportunities into long-term partnerships?
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to drive our B2B outreach efforts and help grow Kredium’s network of international and local business partners.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of initiating strategic relationships, leading high-quality outreach campaigns, and creating meaningful connections with potential collaborators in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research high-potential B2B prospects and partnership opportunities
  • Craft and execute strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Initiate and lead early-stage conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Maintain and update CRM with outreach activity and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, and leadership teams to align outreach with business goals
  • Continuously test and improve messaging and outreach tactics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, outreach, partnerships, or B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (near-native level is a must)
  • Proven ability to independently manage outreach strategies and generate qualified leads
  • Strong understanding of sales and relationship-building in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email outreach platforms 
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
