Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Create and refine 3D architectural models in 3ds Max
• Work with CAD drawings, architectural documentation, and visual references
• Model buildings and architectural elements with accurate proportions and clean geometry
  
• Develop mid-poly assets optimized for real-time visualization projects
  
• Create and assign materials and textures for architectural models
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers
• Contribute to high-quality real estate visualization projects

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of 3ds Max
  
• Ability to read and understand architectural CAD documentation
• Understanding of 3D modeling principles and clean topology
  
• Attention to detail and strong sense of proportion and scale
  
• Interest in architectural visualization and real estate projects
• Experience with V-Ray is considered an advantage but is not required
